Messermeister’s warranty covers all items with a manufacturing defect. This would be detected within 10 days of receipt and before first use on knives and during first use on Kitchen accessories. After first use, contact Messermeister for bent knife tips, wooden handle damage, rust or dulled blades. Messermeister does not covered damage resulting from improper use/care, long term use/wear or improper storage.
Items purchased directly from Messermeister.com are automatically registered for warranty. Items purchased through an authorized dealer must be registered within 10 days of purchase. Our Knife for Life™ WARRANTY covers all Messermeister products and we provide a fair and honest warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship. To help streamline and expedite your warranty claim, please include your order number, phone number and product photos with any additional information. We will respond within 5 business days.
