At checkout, use the drop down menu to redeem points. If you change your mind and want to redeem later, navigate to the ‘history’ portion of your account to get your discount code and apply it at checkout on a future purchase. If you're using Paypal or ShopifyPay, you will need to copy and paste your code from your rewards page.

Points cannot be stacked on top of additional coupon codes.

Reward Points can be used on store marked discounted items. Reward Points cannot be stacked on top of additional coupon codes or sales codes.

Just make one purchase a year to keep your points. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, your points will expire.

Unfortunately the few items that your points will not apply to are any items with an incentive to give back to Charity such as any knives in our Forge Initiative or any Charity Auctions or special Charity Items. Due to the nature of these items intention is to give back, your loyalty points will not apply.

If you joined our previous points program through Smile.io, do not worry! If you registered before, your points have automatically transferred over to our new Loyalty Program!
