Setting the knives aside for a second which are truly outstanding and beautiful. The customer service from this company is top-notch. I was incorrectly sent the wrong knife set two days before Xmas.. things happen. I called customer support and they gave me a pre-paid shipping label to send the set back. Next morning a box is waiting at my door. They overnighted a brand new set to me literally the day before Xmas. Pretty rare to receive customer service like that these days. They’ve got my business for life.
