This is my second pair of Kitchen Scissors from Messermeister. My last pair I've had since 2005 and they met their demise when I used the scissors to cut open a tube of super glue and I accidentally glued the blades together. (DUH!) I was so happy to find the same scissors on your website, I love them. I use them to cut chicken, open boxes, open beer, cut slimely stuff, cut plants and many other things.

These are sturdy kitchen shears that are easy to clean. I like that the handles are flexible instead of rigid - the hard plastic handles on my last pair of shears from a different company were what broke, rendering them useless. Hoping these will last longer!

They are fine but I guess I should have paid more attention to the size because they were too small to spatchcock a turkey, it made it very tough! But will still use them for other smaller jobs.

I mainly use these for cutting up chicken and chicken wings. If I get a pack of wings when the drum and flap is still attached I can cut through them easily. Easy to clean and take apart. Recommend.

I bought a set of 3 scissors about 10 years ago. These, the next size and the culinary scissors. My wife uses them for absolutely everything and the ability to take these apart and easily clean them is what I love. They don't become loose after time and they've stayed sharp. These scissors are worth their weight in gold!
