Oil the wood handles before use and when needed with food-safe mineral oil or John Boos Cream.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.

Great knife to carry. Not even good restaurants always have sharp knives. So I wanted a Steak knife to have with me when going out. I found this one, and love it! . It comes very well sharpened, its weight is well balanced and the quality of the materials very good. I also love to carry my black Tellycherry pepper with me, to enjoy a nice meal in any restaurant.

What a nice piece of work. The weight and balance feels like a good steak knife when it's open. Beautiful finish to the scales. The edge is sharp and the profile is just right. I found a very complementary pocket slip on Etsy to carry it in.
