The Avanta Pakkawood 7" Heavy Meat Cleaver is finished with a durable 22º edge to cleanly cut through bone, pieces of meat or whole poultry with ease.  A flared radius edge focuses power when cleaving and can also be used like a chef’s knife for fine chopping on the cutting board.

Our high quality blades are drop-forged from German X50 stainless steel for knives that are sharp, rust resistant, and easy to maintain. Solid bolsters and full tang construction give the knives great balance and heft. Avanta knives are made with beautiful triple-riveted rose pakkawood handles.
