Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts.
Very comfortable handle; does not feel like a "tiny knife" in my grip. I have Parkinson's and needed a smaller knife that I could control easily with partially disabled hands, and this worked perfectly.

Very attractive handle and blade shape. Build is of high quality. Blade was very sharp upon receipt, and has since dulled a bit but responds nicely to honing ceramic. The knife feels good in the hand for routine paring tasks.
